Monthly Search Activity
Recorded outcomes by calendar month (UTC). The first and current reporting months may be partial.
Understanding No Match results: Not every search represents a genuine vehicle authentication attempt. Recorded activity also includes speculative searches, arbitrary or test numbers, incorrect identification details and attempts to explore or probe the underlying dataset. Genuine identification numbers may also fall outside the documented production ranges. Consequently, No Match figures should not be interpreted as an authentication failure rate.

Most Authenticated Models
Successful results grouped by the recorded model identifier and designation. Identically named models from different series remain distinct.
Geographical Reach
Country distribution across all recorded events, including authenticated, No Match and other outcomes. Original country labels are retained separately as recorded.
About These Statistics
The British Lambretta Archive records authentication activity to provide an insight into the worldwide use of its Frame Check resource, the models being researched and the geographical reach of the service. All figures are derived from recorded activity within the stated reporting period.
Authentication Activity: A successful authentication represents a search returning a recognised result against the Archive's reference data. Figures represent search events, not individual surviving vehicles.
Model Distribution: Rankings reflect successful authentication events, grouped by their recorded model designation.
Geographical Reach: Country statistics include all recorded search outcomes, retaining the original geographical classifications used by the Archive.
Data & Reporting: All statistics are aggregated. No personal identifiers, frame numbers or engine serial numbers are published. Figures represent a periodically updated snapshot rather than a live data feed.
